The Client

Our client are an exclusive 5 country house retreat in Ascot. Currently looking for an experienced Events Head Waiter

Responsibilities

• To ensure the smooth running of all departmental services following 5 star Standards.
• Ensure the exceptional service throughout the key Conference and Events Areas
• To create and maintain a team environment and to motivate and train team members to achieve the required standards, therefore meeting and exceeding the guests expectations in terms of quality of product and service on a daily

Requirements

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent
• 5 star hotel experience
