Overview

Events Executive - Marketing & Social Media Support

Contract: 3 months (immediate start)

Location: [City/Hybrid options if applicable]

£42,500 per annum pro rata for duration of contraction

We're looking for a hard-working, high-energy, and super-organised Events/ Marketing Executive to join our client on a short-term contract and help deliver some of the most exciting events of the year.

This role will focus on supporting a flagship event in January, as well as regional events in November and December. You\'ll be at the heart of everything from planning and logistics to content delivery, liaising with internal teams and external partners such as venues, agencies, caterers, and speakers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure events run seamlessly.
• Support email marketing campaigns and social media promotion to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness, providing post-event analysis and feedback.
• Generate ideas for continuous improvement in event delivery and promotion.
• Ensure all event-related content aligns with brand standards and messaging.

What We\'re Looking For

• Experience in events, marketing, or social media support, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment would be great but not at all essential
• Strong organisational and project management skills - able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High energy, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience with email marketing tools and social media platforms - particularly managing LinkedIn accounts
• Analytical mindset to capture insights, measure success, and suggest improvements.
