Events Executive – Events & Exhibitions – Remote

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting an Events Executive for a rapidly expanding events business that specialises in targeting the business community.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and delivering webinars and in-person events.
• Communications and marketing of events to members on the website and social media.
• Membership admin: applications and enquiries (staying on top of the info@ inbox).
• Communications and logistics of venue (including catering), speaker (including presentations) and delegates.
• CRM: maintaining management of database.
• Event data: management, including client enquiries.
• Database management of speakers, venues and other resources.
• Attending to coordinate regular in-person events, dinners, roundtables and workshops.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous client‑facing events experience with some knowledge of marketing around the events. They should thrive in a fast‑paced environment and be excited to work across a variety of events and projects. A confident, well‑organised individual with a can‑do attitude would be perfect for this role.
