A student union organization in Southampton is looking for an Events & Marketing Enterprise Coordinator to plan engaging student events and manage marketing efforts. Ideal candidates will have experience in marketing and events, a strong attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. This role requires flexibility, particularly during peak event times. The Role: Join the vibrant Events team at SUSU as our new Events & Marketing Enterprise Coordinator! You\'ll lead the planning and delivery of fun, small-scale student events like Crafternoons and Break the Ice, support the team in large-scale event production and delivery of events such as Freshers and Grad Ball, and coordinating creative marketing for our enterprise activities.

Please note that this role is 40 weeks per year, 30 hours per week. Flexibility will be required at peak times (e.g. Freshers’ Week and Grad Ball) when additional hours, including some evenings/weekends, may be needed. Any extra hours will be recorded and taken back as Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) in line with our policy.
