Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a venue in Essex for a Duty Manager (Events) to oversee day-to-day operation at the Civic Hall. You will be customer-focused, commercially aware, and committed to maximising profitability through effective venue operations.

The Civic Hall has welcomed an impressive line-up of stars over the years and continues to be a favourite destination for audiences and performers alike. The venue boasts outstanding bar and catering facilities, professional stage and technical equipment, a large commercial kitchen, retractable tiered seating, and one of the largest sprung wooden dance floors in Essex.
