We are delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced award-winning team at The Renaissance at Kelham Hall.

Following the substantial growth of the business over the last year, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate Events Coordinator within our busy Events Team.The Renaissance at Kelham Hall hosts all manner of events from Fireworks, to dining experiences and charity events,exclusive use of the Hall and its grounds, festivals, outdoor cinema events, conferences and filming.

The contract offered will be offered on a full-time basis with the expectation for the successful candidate to work flexibly to cover different shift patterns across weekends, evenings, bank holidays and other public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Flawless operation & organisation of events from enquiry to planning, through to assisting the operational team.
  • Produce accurate function sheets for each event with clear instructions and briefing for the operations team.
  • Manage a busy inbox and appointment diary
  • Maximise sales and revenue
  • Engaging in both inbound and outbound enquires as required through various communication channels.
  • Be commercially minded and seek to maximise all sales opportunities and to bring forward ideas.
  • Write professionally drafted emails, quotes, invoices and events specifications
  • Conduct client meetings and advise on operational overview as required
  • Complete post event follow-ups, share, communicate and act upon relevant customer feedback
Qualifications
  • A coordinator with a minimum of 3 years experience of coordinating events
  • Proven track record of conversion, and delivering well organised events through to execution on the day
  • An individual who is a great team player but can also work from own initiative
  • A reliable and responsible individual with great flexibility
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism in the service you provide
  • Organised and self-motivated by nature
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoys working with clients on a daily basis
  • Natural brand ambassador, an excellent representation of the business
  • IT literate with experience of using online systems and word packages
  • Willingness to support the business during key operational periods. Supporting the successful end-to-end events process for clients.
