Job description

As the Events and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and marketing of our live flight demonstrations and corporate events. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a cool head under pressure, and a deep appreciation for logistics in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

You’ll be required to ensure each event runs seamlessly, safely, and reflects the innovation and excitement Gravity is known for.

Previous experience in an organisational role is mandatory.

This role reports directly to the COO.

The position is hybrid, with the majority of work completed remotely. Some days will be expected onsite at the Gravity Industries HQ based in Somerset, as agreed with the COO. Overseas travel may be required for certain events and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate, plan, and deliver live Jet Suit demonstrations and events across the globe.
  • Manage all logistics and operations, including team travel, freight/shipping of suits and equipment, permits/visas for travel, hotel and vehicle bookings.
  • Liaise with clients, venues, and stakeholders to ensure all technical and operational needs are met.
  • Liaise and work closely with the technical team to align on event requirements, setup, and safety.
  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Marketing & Brand Support
  • Promote Gravity’s client experiences, event offerings, and brand partnerships through social media, digital channels, corporate hospitality networks, and industry communities.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of branded event materials, collateral, and post-event content (photos, videos, press materials).
  • Represent Gravity Industries with professionalism and enthusiasm during high-profile appearances and brand activations.
