A leading innovation company in the UK is seeking an Events and Logistics Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of live flight demonstrations and corporate events. This role demands exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively. Candidates must possess strong communication abilities and a keen attention to detail. The position offers a hybrid work model with some onsite requirements and potential for international travel.
As the Events and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and marketing of our live flight demonstrations and corporate events. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a cool head under pressure, and a deep appreciation for logistics in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
You’ll be required to ensure each event runs seamlessly, safely, and reflects the innovation and excitement Gravity is known for.
Previous experience in an organisational role is mandatory.
This role reports directly to the COO.
The position is hybrid, with the majority of work completed remotely. Some days will be expected onsite at the Gravity Industries HQ based in Somerset, as agreed with the COO. Overseas travel may be required for certain events and demonstrations.
