Are you an energetic, organised, and ambitious events or projects professional looking to grow your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected technology business as their Event Coordinator, supporting the successful delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and brand experiences across the UK and Internationally.

In this varied and hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, commercial, and product teams to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and creates maximum brand impact. You'll also have the chance to work with a refreshed brand identity and contribute to shaping new event standards and best practice.

What you’ll be doing
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a seamless exhibiting experience at trade shows and conferences, managing all logistics, shipments, suppliers, and on‑the‑day execution
  • Build strong supplier relationships to ensure cost‑effective event delivery
  • Create engaging promotional content to drive awareness of upcoming events
  • Support with internal events such as staff summer and Christmas celebrations
  • Manage event materials, storeroom organisation, and pre/post‑event packing
  • Report on event performance and contribute to future decision‑making
  • Maintain accurate administration, including budgets, expenses, and timelines
What we’re looking for
  • Experience or qualification in event coordination, marketing or training coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with a calm, methodical, and proactive approach
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable working with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners
  • Hands‑on attitude — happy to jump in on everything from admin to practical event setup
  • Positive, enthusiastic team player with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and Europe as required
