Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks Conference and Events Assistants for Holiday Inn Peterborough. You will help with setting up meeting spaces, operating AV equipment and serving at banquets for up to 180 guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting spaces for events from 6 to 400 guests.
• Operate and troubleshoot audiovisual systems during events.
• Manage the conference café and service areas.
• Assist with banquet service for up to 180 guests.
