Gusto Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking an Events and Sales Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will work with the team to plan and execute events, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives while upholding high service standards across shifts.

• Collaborate with front-of-house and events teams to plan and execute promotions and events.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing smooth service during busy periods.
