Restaurant Associates in Bristol venues is seeking an Event Supervisor to ensure exceptional service and flawless delivery of conferences and events. You will lead a motivated team, oversee catering and service operations, and drive excellence across food and service in a premium hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, strong leadership and a passion for top-tier customer service, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Event Supervisor

Location: MShed & Bristol Central Venues (BMAG & City Hall)

Salary: £28,626 per annum

Contract: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days per week

About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive detailed focused Event Supervisor to take on a vital role within the team to ensure that exceptional service is upheld and that the events on site are delivered and executed to perfection! This is a fantastic opportunity to help lead our catering and service operations, focusing on Conference & Events delivery. In this role, you’ll support and lead a motivated team, driving excellence in every aspect of food and service delivery. This role will be well suited to those who have previous experience delivering conference & events or hospitality functions in a similar environment, or those who have experience on the events circuit and now looking for a full time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a vital link between team and management to ensure high-quality service delivery of all conferencing and events on site.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a similar hospitality or catering role

  • Experience in managing and motivating teams
  • Adaptable and ready to embrace new challenges
