We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager to join our hugely talented teamand help lead the charge in growing our events offering.
This position is a 12-month contract with a start date of 1st March 2026.
As our Event Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the event sales journey, from the first spark of interest to the final invoice. You’ll be the face, voice, and driving force behind our events success story.
Working closely with our hugely supportive Head of Event Sales, responsibilities include:
You are a natural relationship builder, with a strategic mindset and a love for closing deals that make clients smile. You’re just as comfortable pitching to executives, as you are showing clients around our spaces.
Super organised in your approach, you love the negotiation process and set your sights firmly on smashing your quarterly targets.
You are curious, ask the right questions and know when to listen. With a flair for storytelling, you are able to ensure each client fully understands how we curate unforgettable event experiences.
Yes, personality is fundamental to this role, but so is your confidence using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media for lead generation. And given our passion for all things sustainability, you see real value in working for an ethically driven business.
A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business would be the cherry on top, but experience, creativity, and ambition are what truly matter.
