Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus

We are seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive event revenue for a high‑end venue in Oxfordshire. You’ll lead the sales process from enquiry to contract, delivering exceptional experiences across corporate events, private celebrations, and social gatherings.

About the Role
  • Manage all event enquiries and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Conduct tours, proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Work with Operations and F&B teams to ensure seamless delivery
