Responsibilities

• Manage all event enquiries.
• Maximise sales opportunities to achieve events and room hire budget targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain accurate records of leads and bookings.
• Oversee contracts, deposits, and event logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
• Meet and greet clients on-site and act as the primary contact during events.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, F&B, and other hotel departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Analyse declined business and report trends to management.
• Actively promote and increase wedding bookings.
