A leading events company is seeking a proactive Event Sales Executive to join their team in Reading. This role involves selling exhibition space within the education and healthcare sectors, building solid client relationships, and hitting sales targets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have sales experience and be comfortable with outbound calls. The position offers a salary of £24,000 with OTE up to £36,000 and excellent benefits.

The Role: We're looking for a proactive, confident and driven sales professional to join our growing team. As an Event Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in the success of our B2B exhibitions in the education and healthcare sectors. You'll build relationships, grow revenue and become a champion within these impactful industries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling over the phone, thrives on hitting targets and is eager to develop their career in a fun, collaborative team environment.
You'll be expected to maintain a high level of outbound client engagement (minimum 70 minutes daily), focusing strongly on new business generation.
£24,000 Basic, £36,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission over OTE
37.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
