You will provide exceptional customer service, uphold safety protocols, manage crowd control, and assist with parking operations. The ideal candidates should possess effective communication skills, situational awareness, and be physically fit. Casual positions are available with training provided, including achieving Level 2 in Spectator Safety.
Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Safety Stewards to support matchday operations at the bet365 Stadium.
As a Safety Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of visitors to the stadium. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests experience an enjoyable and safe visit by providing accurate and up to date information.
You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the role through a comprehensive induction process, gaining in‑depth operational knowledge of the stadium and our associated venues.
Availability to work during evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other events at the stadium or associated venues.
All necessary training will be provided, including the opportunity to work towards achieving Level 2 in Spectator Safety (RQF).
Positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis.
