The Position:
As an Events Project Manager, you’ll take the lead in planning, organising, and overseeing the 1-2-1 networking aspect of all events. With a deep understanding of the value meaningful connections bring, you’ll ensure every networking experience is seamless, strategic, and thoughtfully executed.
We are looking for organised, focused and motivated individuals ready to be creative and hit the ground running with a motivated team.
Your role will include overseeing global events from start to finish, solely on the high-impact networking element. Connecting relevant buyers and vendors to have meaningful conversations within the right environment.
Part of the role will also include coming up with ways to drive marketing efforts and reach specific vendors and buyers. So, experience with creating campaigns to boost engagement within your events would be good to see or at least willingness to do so.
You’ll be strong at building relationships with clients and understand the cycle of networking. A strong communicator that enjoys seeing their ideas and events come to life.
The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office, usually working from home on a Monday and Friday. London-based but willing to travel globally for your events is essential.
