About the role

You’ll design and deliver a portfolio of B2B events that senior leaders genuinely value—workshops, conferences, executive dinners, and a growing virtual programme. This role blends programme design, audience curation, operations, and community engagement. You’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning smoothly while shaping experiences that feel thoughtful, polished, and relevant.

What you’ll own
  • Build targeted delegate lists and craft the right audience for every event
  • Manage end-to-end logistics with the precision and calm that great events demand
  • Create and execute focused marketing campaigns that drive awareness and attendance
  • Develop trusted relationships with delegates, speakers, and sponsors through structured outreach and follow‑up
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our event formats, workflows, and delegate experience
What you bring

We’re looking for people with genuine B2B event pedigree and the initiative to run with things before being asked. You should be someone who spots the details others miss and takes pride in getting them right.

You’re probably a great match if you
  • Have at least two years’ experience in B2B event management, Talent Acquisition, staffing, or a related sector
  • Can handle logistics, research, scheduling, and audience‑building with confidence and accuracy
  • Are meticulous—quality matters to you, and it shows
  • Use CRM systems (HubSpot is ideal) intelligently and understand how to engage professionally on LinkedIn
  • Communicate clearly, write well, and work comfortably with data
  • Are curious about the talent ecosystem and keen to grow your expertise
Who you’ll be working with

We’re a small, high‑performing team that values initiative, collaboration, and good judgement. You’ll thrive here if you’re self‑motivated, enjoy a fast pace, and bring a constructive, good‑humoured approach to your work.

Location & working pattern

Our office is in Godalming, near Guildford. You must have the right to work permanently within the UK and be able to commute to the office in Godalming, Surrey for part of each week. There is some flexibility for home working.

Compensation & benefits
  • Salary : £30,000–£40,000, depending on experience and capability which we will carefully consider
  • 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays, plus an additional 5 days over Christmas
  • Opportunities to influence, innovate, and develop in a growing business
