Levy UK & Ireland is seeking an Event Planning Administrator to support world-class conferences and events at Manchester United. You will coordinate catering, logistics, and client requirements to deliver seamless experiences.

You will collaborate with chefs to tailor menus, manage budgets and contracts, and oversee on-site service, ensuring exceptional hospitality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating large conferences and events.
• Strong knowledge of food and drink trends and dietary requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicator, capable of handling client feedback and issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering arrangements and logistics for events.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure the event aligns with the vision.
• Collaborate with Levy and Manchester United teams from planning to delivery.
• Design and tailor menus with chefs, addressing dietary needs and brand alignment.
• Support budgets, negotiations, and contracts to optimise cost and compliance.
• Oversee on-site event execution and hospitality, resolving issues promptly.
