Overview

We’re looking for a talented Event Planner to join a busy, creative, and supportive Events & Hospitality team within a prestigious Cambridge organisation.

You’ll manage everything from high-profile conferences and corporate meetings to private celebrations and special occasions — ensuring every event runs seamlessly from concept to completion.

What you’ll do
  • Plan and deliver a wide range of events from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Oversee event setup and delivery on the day
  • Gather feedback and support continuous improvement
About you
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Kinetics (prefered)
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends
Desirable
  • Degree or qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
  • Understanding of GDPR and Health & Safety for events
  • Experience planning virtual or hybrid events
