A dynamic events management company is seeking an Event Operations Manager for maternity cover starting February 2026. Role: Event Operations Manager (maternity cover)
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Location: (Oxford or London) office & hybrid
Start date & duration: February 2026 for 12 months.
An opportunity has opened up for an ambitious, energetic and highly organised individual to join the Tamarindo team as our Events Operations Manager. This is a fixed term opportunity to support the business for maternity cover through 2026.
Project manage and deliver event operations services, for Tamarindo's conference, awards and roundtable events programme, specifically;
Work with all team members involved in the delivery of each event project, to provide support and ensure a smooth and successful event delivery.
Work closely with the sales, marketing and client engagement team, to ensure alignment with commercial needs and effective event delivery.
Responsible for managing, delivering and refining all event operations processes and procedures to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
Responsible for debriefing after each event, gathering data (sales, marketing, financials, stakeholders feedback) and producing event report.
Support with outsourcing and managing supplier relationships to ensure that all event and project requirements and logistics are in place.
Coordinate briefings with other team members to ensure that operating procedures and event/project delivery is of the highest standard.
