As an Event Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in executing high‑impact conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations that engage customers and strengthen international market presence.

You'll join a fast‑paced, collaborative marketing environment, managing multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring flawless delivery, and aligning each experience with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end planning, logistics, and on‑site delivery for European events.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and external agencies to deliver engaging experiences.
  • Oversee budgets, production schedules, and post‑event reporting.
  • Translate business objectives into effective event strategies and experiences.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success managing large‑scale conferences or exhibitions.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Adobe Express or Workfront.
