Location: Teddington (with free parking)
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 plus 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 bonus days over Christmas, pension, parking and a warm, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
Hours: 9am-5:30pm | Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Team: Supportive, sociable team of 8, including 4 passionate event professionals

You’ll take the reins and lead from the front, whilst delivering seamless conferences and exhibitions – on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. You will be the driving force behind the events, from conception to execution!

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Creative Conceptualisation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative event themes and ideas that captivate audiences.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure the best services.
  • On‑site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision comes to life.
  • Post‑Event Evaluation: Collect feedback and assess the event's success to continuously improve our offerings.
