We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our sales and event planning team. This role involves working 48 hours per week with a competitive salary of £50,000. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and an innovative thinker with experience managing events at London's unique venues.

What you'll do

• Lead on the planning, organisation and seamless execution of key events
• Create tailored proposals and menu concepts that captivate clients and drive revenue
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and partner venues
• Manage budgets, ensuring events are delivered profitably and to the highest standards
• Oversee tastings, site visits and event delivery to ensure flawless guest experiences
• Collaborate with chefs and designers to bring creative ideas to life
• Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and insight
• Working with the events team, contribute to tenders where necessary
