This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Health & Safety professional to take a leading role in safeguarding the success of large-scale outdoor events, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly, safely, and in line with best practice — from build and breakdown through to show days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of on-site Health & Safety operations at multiple outdoor event locations
  • Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident follow-up to maintain high safety standards
  • Work closely with contractors, management teams, and local authorities to ensure consistent compliance
  • Provide clear, practical guidance to staff and stakeholders to support a positive safety culture
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Hands-on experience managing Health & Safety within outdoor or large-scale public events
  • Strong working knowledge of Construction Design Management (CDM 2015) regulations
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle sensitive issues diplomatically, and make quick, informed decisions
