A premier event venue in Norwich is seeking a Sales Coordinator passionate about weddings and customer service. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for brides, helping turn their dreams into reality while maximizing hotel booking revenues. This is a pivotal role as you’ll be the first impression a bride will have! You’ll be instrumental in making wedding dreams come true but also maximise revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries as well as proactively promoting the hotel while meeting client expectations.
Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Norwich and is 4*, 166-bedroom property. Our hotel has beautiful garden views with an 18-hole golf course and the dining options include the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
