Attic Recruitment Limited is seeking an Event Executive for a beautiful luxury venue in South West London. The role suits someone with experience in luxury retail, hospitality or events who enjoys working with people and delivering exceptional experiences for clients, guests and visitors.

You will organise and manage events end‑to‑end, build strong client relationships, greet guests professionally, support the boutique team daily and provide occasional out‑of‑hours cover for events.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality or events.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident and personable with excellent communication skills.
• Resilient and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable communicating with high-end clients and guests.
• Commercially aware, with the confidence to progress client conversations and negotiate.

Aufgaben

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service or events who is confident and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit boutique team and will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for clients, guests and visitors. This is an immediate start position.
