The Company

The Role

The agency very rarely recruits, as they have a very low staff churn and an excellent team, however, due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Director to join their events team. This role will be part of the senior leadership team, overseeing a small team of 2 and leading on the agency’s most respected accounts – you MUST have an understanding and knowledge of venue finding as well as having excellent relationship skills!

  • Being part of the client brief
  • Excellent venue finding knowledge
  • Working closely with the internal team
  • Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
  • Managing & communication with DMC's
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
  • On‑site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Director for either an events company. Candidates from other project management backgrounds such as charities, associations and conference organisers may also be considered. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Event Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
