The Role
  • As a member of the event delivery team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in the planning, setup, delivery, and breakdown of live events across the U.K. and internationally.
  • This is a fast‑paced, detail‑critical role ideal for someone looking to build experience in event delivery and client‑facing communication within a high‑performing global team.
  • You’ll work closely with our Lead Event Managers and Operations teams to bring concepts to life on site — managing logistics, supporting team operations, ensuring quality, and learning the full process from ground build to live activation.
  • Prior to the build of events, you may be required to attend test builds and packing days at our warehouse, before travelling to the event with the wider team.
  • This position demands initiative, adaptability, and a solutions‑first mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Support Lead Event Managers during all event phases — build, live, and breakdown.
  • Assist with logistics, on‑site coordination, and client / venue communication.
  • Work as part of an events team made up of different levels of seniority and experience; over time, you will be given more responsibility across various scales of event.
  • Take ownership of specific site areas or activations, ensuring they meet brand and safety standards.
  • Provide on‑site problem‑solving — anticipating issues and contributing creative, forward‑thinking solutions.
  • Gather event feedback, reporting operational insights and client notes to the HQ team.
  • Represent Provision professionally to clients, partners, and the public at all times.
  • Assist with warehouse responsibilities pre and post events
About you / requirements
  • A genuine interest in sports and live events.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to think two steps ahead.
  • Comfortable taking direction but confident enough to take initiative and make decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and extended periods away from home
  • Physically capable of manual work in varying weather conditions.
  • Prior knowledge & experience with building modular structures and using basic tools
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Prior experience in events, or customer‑facing roles is advantageous
Desirable
  • Experience working in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments.
  • Exposure to logistics, operations, or live event builds.
