You’ll work closely with account and production teams to ensure the smooth delivery of campaign elements across the UK. A strong eye for detail, excellent organisation, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the account team with administrative tasks including scheduling, status documents, contact lists and budget updates
  • Assist in coordinating experiential activations and campaign logistics across multiple UK locations
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues and partners to support delivery of the nationwide campaign
  • Assist with travel bookings, logistics documents, kit management and general project organisation
  • Attend internal and client meetings; capture and share clear actions
  • Support onsite at live events and activations as part of the annual nationwide campaign
  • Contribute to presentations, timings plans, recaps and project documentation
  • Work collaboratively with account, creative and production teams to maintain strong internal communication

  • A genuine interest in experiential marketing, live events or brand activations
  • Some admin or organisational experience from an events internship or short-term role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Confident, clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing project needs
  • Friendly, proactive and eager to learn
  • Happy to work onsite at events when needed, sometimes across different UK locations
