MD @ Connexus | Leading Global Operations

About Connexus (CNXS)

At Connexus, we connect senior business leaders and leading technology providers through world‑class networking events across the globe. Our experiences are high‑end, high‑energy, and designed to spark meaningful conversations in exceptional settings.

We’re a fast‑growing, close‑knit team that thrives on creativity, problem‑solving, and delivering unforgettable experiences. No two days are ever the same – and that’s exactly how we like it.

About the Role

As an Event & Communications Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering CNXS event campaigns from concept to completion. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced, and people‑focused role that blends event coordination, communications, and creative content.

A great fit for someone early in their events career who’s excited to build global experience and work on high‑end international events. You’ll play a key part in shaping delegate and sponsor experiences, managing logistics, communications, and on‑site delivery across our international event portfolio.

You’ll travel regularly – typically 2 / 3 times a month – to support events across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned global event campaigns from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event targets and timelines are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors and delegates, maintaining high‑quality communication and client care throughout the campaign.
  • Assist with venue sourcing, contracting, and ongoing liaison to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Attend events across the UK, Europe, and the US to oversee onsite execution and represent CNXS professionally.
