We’re recruiting an Event Project Manager on behalf of a renowned event production company that delivers premium AV and event solutions for expos, corporate gatherings, and live productions. In this role, you’ll oversee a wide range of event formats, managing each stage from planning to execution, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

As Event Project Manager, you’ll act as the central point of contact for your assigned projects, coordinating between clients and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for planning, budgeting, and delivering events that meet strategic goals and exceed expectations.
You’ll conduct venue visits, manage logistics, and assemble on-site teams—including internal staff and freelance contractors. You’ll collaborate with account managers and production leads to bring creative concepts to life, while maintaining high standards throughout.
Projects may include conferences, awards ceremonies, product launches, hybrid events, and roadshows across the UK, Europe, and other international locations.

Experience & Ideals
  • Demonstrated experience managing events end-to-end.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with AV and live production environments. – Ideally
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Budget handling and supplier negotiation experience.
  • Confident managing on-site delivery and team coordination.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with support for access needs.
