An established industry player is seeking an enthusiastic Event Administrator for a one-year student placement in London. The Events team aims to deliver comprehensive and high-quality services to its clients. The Event Administrator (Student Placement) provides a support service to the Event Director and wider team for administrative tasks and managing small event projects with supervision. The responsibility of this role includes administrating event planning, proposals, bookings, registrations and delegate management in accordance with company and client policies.

As an Event Administrator there are several credentials and attributes which would be advantageous, but a determined attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
This will be a paid, one-year student placement role, working from our London Head Office based in Queens Park. There are other regional teams based in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore that you may work closely with too.
