Job summary

wagamama is hiring a kitchen porter for evenings and weekends. You’ll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping everything clean, organised and running smoothly so the team can focus on cooking bold flavours.

You’ll handle washing pots and equipment, restocking supplies and helping with basic prep, while following health and safety standards. You’ll also enjoy staff meals and uniform provided for each shift.

Responsibilities

• keeping the kitchen sparkling clean and ready for action
• washing pots, pans and equipment so chefs can keep cooking
• restocking cleaning supplies and flagging when we’re running low
• jumping in to help with basic prep when needed
• following health and safety standards to keep yourself and the team safe
