A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a part-time Document Centre Evening Workflow Coordinator to work remotely. You will manage workflow and serve as a key client interface, requiring excellent MS Office and customer service skills. We are looking for a part‑time Document Centre Evening Workflow Coordinator to join our Document Design Centre team. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to develop your professional experience. You are expected to the departments workflow maintaining a high level of service which matches customers expectations. To serve as a key client interface for Document Centre services. Keen to be flexible and in possession of excellent MS Office skills.
This is a part‑time role working two days per week.

Consistently deliver high quality services on time with a focus on responsiveness client satisfaction effective client communication and client service orientation.
Assist in identifying and executing ways to develop and enhance relationships with clients.
Liaise effectively with Document Centre Manager as required.
To handle first line complaints and elevate appropriately.
Excellent customer service skills.
Workflow management for the Document Centre.
Utilising client tools and templates in document preparation as required.
Technical document trouble‑shooting support as required within the centre or directly with centre users.
Adherence to brand guidelines and best practices when preparing documents.
Producing work product which is of a highly professional standard consistent in formatting and style.
Managing and prioritising assigned projects to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
Acquire and maintain an in‑depth working knowledge of the clients working environment and business needs.
Effective project communication and handover between shifts.
Identifies concerns risks and conflicts and asks for assistance when required in a timely and constructive manner.
Responsible for continuing to upgrade work skills by participating in company‑offered training and development programs and staying abreast of technology changes relevant to this role.
To develop an overview on team skills in producing complex documents.
Must be flexible and responsive to business needs.
To assist in the collation and preparation of data for monthly reporting.
Monitoring productivity of the team ensuring that any issues are identified.
To act as a focal point for the team for queries or concerns and elevate accordingly.
To ensure adequate staffing is provided for on the shift and to liaise with the Document Centre Manager to procure extra resource if necessary.
To maintain a close working relationship with the Document Centre Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Hours of work: 15:00–23:00 (1 hour break) or 15:30–23:00 (30 minute break).
Location: Remote.

Previous document production experience in a professional service environment.
Excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies.
Advanced technical knowledge.
