Farmfoods Ltd. in Basingstoke, Hampshire is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant for evenings and weekends. 16 hours across 4 days with shifts including weekday evenings and weekend days.

Pay ranges by age: £10.95–£12.81 per hour with 6 weeks holiday and a 15% staff discount. Benefits include training, uniform, life assurance and a staff package. You will greet customers, help them find items, serve at tills, handle stock, and work with the team to keep the shop clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and hello.
• Help customers find items and provide fast, friendly till service.
• Assist with packing and ensure a good impression at checkout.
• Handle stock with care during deliveries and stocking.
• Work with the team to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
