Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. is seeking Care Assistants for evening and weekend shifts in Swansea. You will provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes, helping with daily tasks and personal needs while enabling independence.

No prior care experience is required; we value kindness, reliability and a genuine desire to help others. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Own UK driving licence and access to vehicle.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Kind, adaptable and people-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn; no prior care experience required.
• Reliability, compassion and dignity when supporting others.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm companionship to customers in their homes.
• Support with personal care: washing, bathing, dressing, toileting.
• Assist mobility, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication per care plans.
• Help with household tasks: cleaning, cooking and meals.
• Run errands: shopping and prescriptions collection.
• Offer calm, considerate support that makes customers feel cared for.
