Qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics or ecommerce.
• Experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of WMS such as JDA.
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work.
• Strong communication and engagement.
• Automation experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management in line with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
• Be accountable for team performance against KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
