GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on warehouse operative to help keep stores stocked and ready for customers.

You'll use voice-pick technology and robotics to prepare store orders accurately, safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week on a 5-from-7 shift pattern, typically 14:00–22:00, with training provided and a supportive team.

Formación

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to work on your feet and in temperature-controlled environments.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Use voice-pick technology to accurately select and prepare store orders.
• Work across chilled and ambient warehouse environments, including cage picking and robotics-assisted picking.
• Meet productivity, quality and accuracy targets while maintaining attention to detail.
• Safely carry out manual handling duties and operate trained warehouse equipment.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean and efficient warehouse operation.
