Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a customer-facing role.
  • Previous Reception experience (Highly desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm professional manner.
  • Managing the diary; booking appointments and surgical procedures.
  • Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
  • Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
  • Administration duties (scanning paperwork, filling in forms, etc.).
  • Processing prescription requests.
  • Taking payments.
  • Promoting offers and services.
  • Ensuring that reception is clean and well‑stocked.
