Job summary

Vintage.com seeks a Trainee Appraiser (Late Shift) to join the Appraisals department. You will learn to assess and value a wide range of vintage items, starting with structured Training Academy training and progressing to independent appraisals under supervision.

Based near Leeds, you will support UK customers, work with Team Leaders and specialists, and help keep products moving through Vintage.com with accurate records and fair decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete Training Academy and apply learning in daily appraisals.
• Appraise contents of 30 customer boxes per day by end of 3 months.
• Maintain Quality Control accuracy above 95%, supported by audits and feedback.
• Keep acceptance rates in line with agreed Appraisals team measures.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, specialists and colleagues to improve quality and workflow.
• Complete data entry accurately and reliably in appraisal systems.
• Lift and move customer boxes weighing up to 25 kg safely.
