Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence is recruiting an Evening Supervisor to ensure smooth operations. The role is part-time, contracted to 40 hours per week, at £13.66 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will supervise a team, check deliveries, place stock orders, and produce weekly rotas while upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards. This role offers career progression through our Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

Evening Supervisor

• £13.66 per hour
• 40 hours per week

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Evening Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
