Job summary

Tesco is hiring for a store colleague role in the United Kingdom. The role offers evening shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and a pay rate starting at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, plus a night premium of £2.35 per hour for night hours.

You will be responsible for providing friendly service, assisting customers, stocking and checkout tasks, and contributing to great store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
