World Courier in Belfast is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will accurately pick and assemble customer orders using a handheld scanner, while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse support or related fields and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.95 with shift allowances and night premiums, plus training, career progression, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using a handheld scanner.
• Ensure products are selected correctly and processed within agreed productivity targets.
• Move between warehouse stations as required to support operational needs.
• Handle stock exceptions and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Use appropriate packaging methods to prevent product damage during handling.
• Report stock errors, damaged products, or operational issues to management promptly.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and follow all company procedures.
• Comply with all health and safety requirements and wear PPE as required.
