OhioHealth is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to join our Hospital Operations team. The role focuses on cleaning patient rooms, public areas and service zones while delivering friendly customer service to patients and staff in an evening shift, 16 hours per week.

Candidates should have no degree required and may be eligible if aged 16-17 with a valid work permit; HS diploma/GED is preferred for those over 18. We value reliability, teamwork, and attention to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma required; HS diploma/GED preferred for individuals over 18.
• 16- and 17-year-old individuals without a high school diploma or GED will be considered only if they have a valid work permit.
• 18-year-old individuals enrolled in high school do not need a high school diploma/GED/work permit to be considered.

Responsabilités

• 40% Obtains assigned cleaning or maintenance request either from automated system, daily assignment sheet or verbal direction; performs duties and completes paperwork.
• 20% Follows directions and uses equipment safely and maintains cleanliness; reports issues via work orders.
• 10% Stocks carts and areas; handles linen distribution.
• 10% Willing to take on other duties including storeroom maintenance to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• 20% Delivers high level of customer service to patients and other customers.
