Job summary

Kindred is seeking a dedicated Cleaner for an educational site based in Nazeing, Essex. The role covers cleaning classrooms, toilets and common areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

DBS check is required, and the position is paid at £13.45 per hour, with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 15:30-18:00. The successful candidate will work independently with high standards of cleanliness and safety, and must be able to follow instructions while delivering consistent results.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions (written).
• Able to complete tasks within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints and furniture.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Replenishing soap, paper towels and toilet rolls.
• Carry out periodic deep cleaning where required.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and store after use.
