Cleaning Operative at Craiglockhart Primary School is offered by The City of Edinburgh Council. The role covers cleaning across school buildings with a pro rata salary for part-time hours, 15 hours per week over 40 weeks, with shifts 5pm–8pm, Monday to Friday.

• Empty litter and recycling bins.
• Clean surfaces, glass, floors, furniture and fittings in buildings.
• Clean sanitary areas, toilets and showers and replenish consumables.
• Carry out emergency/re- active cleaning (graffiti, spillages).
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment used in duties.
• Assist with cleaning tasks across other buildings as needed.
• Meet cleaning specification and cooperate with performance measurement.
