Job summary

Today, Dunelm is seeking an Evening Sales Assistant for a minimum 20 hours per week. The role requires full flexibility across the week to cover evenings and busy periods.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products, processing purchases/returns, and contributing to a tidy, inviting store. Full training on our iPad ordering system and Made To Measure services will be provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible in the week and evenings, able to adapt to shift patterns.
• Strong customer focus with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Team player with reliable and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Tills: assist customers with purchases/returns and ensure items are complete.
• Shop floor: help customers locate products and provide memorable service.
• Hosting: place orders via iPad for delivery and upsell Made To Measure services.
• Stock and delivery: stock control, replenishment, pricing updates, and store upkeep.
• Support store colleagues and report to team leaders to maintain a welcoming store.
