Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking a Production Operative in Keighley on a temp-to-perm basis. The role is a hands-on, physically demanding position, with a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift and a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.

You will move rolls and large blocks of foam, support the production line, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. The company provides full training and a clear path to long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
• Be comfortable on their feet for the duration of the shift.
• Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
• Be comfortable with a physically active working environment.

Responsibilities

• Moving and handling rolls and large blocks of foam.
• Handling smaller pieces of cut foam and other materials.
• Supporting the production process and meeting daily targets.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.
