A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Pitch/Bids Executive to join the Marketing team. The role centers on producing proposals and credential statements to support winning client mandates.

You will work closely with the Core Pitch Team and the global BD group to strategize bids, ensuring high‑quality content and timely delivery under tight deadlines. This role follows a hybrid pattern with evening hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years bid/proposals experience, preferably in B2B services.
• Strong writing, editing and communications skills.
• Knowledge of a law firm context is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Produce proposals, pitch presentations and credential statements to high standards.
• Strategize and deliver client‑facing bids within deadlines.
• Collaborate with global BD team to develop key messages and value propositions.
• Edit and refine bid content and design to ensure consistency and quality.
